Let's Know about each one :
1: CPM
CPM stands for Cost per 1000 Impressions. That means number of times the ad is shown. Here M is Roman numeral for 1000 impressons. If the ad is shown 1000 times the cost will be equal to 1 CPM price. For example, if a publisher charges $9 CPM, that means your ad will be shown 1000 times for $9. Just convert dollers in to your country currency. You will get idea about your income.
Total Impressions = (Total Cost or Budget) * (1000/CPM)
Total Cost = (Total Impressions * CPM)/1000
2: CPC
CPC stands for Cost Per Click. In this kind of advertising model you just pay for number of clicks you get on your ads irrespective of number of impressions it takes to generate those clicks. For example, if the CPC is $1.00 and your ad is shown 25,000 times but you gets no clicks then nothing to pay. If you get 20 clicks on your ad then you pay $1.00X20 = $20.00.
CPC = Total Cost/Total Clicks
Total Cost = CPC * Total Clicks
3: CTR
CTR stands for Click Through Rate. This is the one of finest way to earn money from adsense companies. CTR (Click Through Rate) is the number of the ad clicks divided by the number of page views. That means, If my blog have 20,000 pageviews per month and 40 AdSense ad clicks then my CTR is 0,08%. When you calculate CTR for whole page you could get all ads on your site not only AdSense ads.
CTR = (Number of ad clicks * 100) / Number of page views
4: Page view:
A page view is reported every time a user views a page displaying Google ads. Only one page views is counted at a time regardless of the number of ads displayed on that particular page. For example, if a page displays 3 ad units and it is visited twice then two page views is counted.
5: Page impression:
A page impression is generated every time a user views a page displaying Google ads. A page might contain more than one Google ads. Ad units impressions are calculated separately.
