Harish Dhandev farming and earning crores

This is a real story of a person who resigned his government job and started agriculture. Actually most of the people wants to be a government employee. Not to be settle in agriculture field. But here is totally difference.This is a story of young idea from Jaisalmer village, Rajasthan India. His name is Harish Dhandev. Now his company, Dhandev Global Group, is located at Dhaisar, 45 kilometres from Jaisalmer in Rajasthan business turnover nearly 2 crores per annum.




Harish Dhandev is studied graduate of civil engineering from Arya College, Jaisalmer. Harish got a job as a junior engineer in the municipal corporation in the year of 2013 and he was posted in Jaisalmer. Harish father Roopa Ram Dhandev is also a engineer. He also very passionate about farming but he could not spent much time to agriculture because of his regular job. He has a 80 acres of land in Jaisalmer. 

But after retairment of Roopa Ram Dhandev enters into farming. Harish also started taking care of some form work. But that time harish had no interest to do farming and become a farmer for full time. While he started observing the other farmers who are worked hard but there is no smartness so they failing to achieve best. 

After few days harish started to feel drawn to the idea of applying his planning and executing skills, which he had learnt as an engineer for farming. But he feared to leave his government job and taking a leap into the new field. He was in confusion. 

That time Harish was inspired by his sister, her name Anjana Meghwal. She has two children. In 2011 her husband died in car accident. She also injured. Nearly 9 months took to recover herself from injuries. But she not stopped her life. She restarted her life all over again. Now she is a Mayor of Jaisalmer.After taken inspiration from his sister, he left the job in 2013. Taken up farming as a full-time career. Harish planted aloe vera in 20 acres of land initially. 

After few months Harish got some clients to manage his aloe vera leaves within Rajasthan itself. But clients buying aloe vera for less cost and again they are making them into extracted pulp and selling for high cost in the market. But Harish don't know about extracting pulp. So he researched the procedure of getting the extract. Harish trained his farm laboure, how to extract the pulp and paid some extra income also. Harish stopped supply to clients who are paying low. He started aloe vera extracted pulp direct marketing. He is forming 100 acres now with some other cultivation also. Now his turnover ranges between Rs. 1.5 and 2 crore.
